Gannet Beach Adventures

This unique, fun eco-experience tour is suitable for all ages. With over 56 years’ experience, Gannet Beach Adventures provides a 4-hour mild, safe and comfortable adventure. Travel along the majestically rugged coastline of Cape Kidnappers to the world’s largest most accessible Gannet nesting site. Depart on the day’s low tide by tractor and trailer with local experienced guides. Narrative stops are made to view the fascinating geological history and earthquake fault lines. Suitable for: all age groups, families, schools, club groups, social outings, corporate groups.

Outdoor Action

  • Tee-up for a game of golf at one of over 20 courses in the region. Play the ultimate round at the world renowned Cape Kidnappers Golf Course, consistently ranked in the TOP 50 courses in the world.
  • Take an exhilarating hike or mountain bike ride to scale the heights of the iconic Te Mata Peak for stunning views. The brave can even paraglide.
