Our eight ground floor motel units are located in a quiet corner of the resort, ensuring peace and privacy. They open to a paved area, which flows to large lawns and mature trees.

These light and spacious units can sleep a maximum of 4 people. They offer quiet comfort and are ideal for couples, small families or business travellers.

Continental breakfast can be ordered the night before for delivery to your unit, or can be self-catered in the fully equipped kitchen.

“Best Holiday Park I have visited in NZ”

We have just spent 2 nights at Kennedy Park Resort and absolutely loved it! Coming from Australia where they do "holiday parks" really well, it was great to finally find one in NZ that is on par with some of the best in Aussie. Our kids loved every minute and we could have easily spent 1-2 weeks there. We booked a 2 bedroom Villa, and requested this to be across from the playground so we could watch our children from the deck or even inside our villa. The villa was very spacious Villa 105 and warm. Cleaning standard was high and everything offered inside was modern and well maintained. Reception staff, and the maintenance man were all very friendly and helpful. It looked like they really enjoyed working here. There is so much to do for the kids and the park is in a great location only 5-10min drive to town centre. Highly recommended.
